This secluded resort is surrounded by mountains and sits on a fresh
water lake, creating a spell-binding backdrop. Located 30 minutes
from downtown Clearwater; which is renowned as the gateway to
Wells Gray Provincial Park, Alpine Meadows Resort is a popular choice
for those following the popular fly drive route from Vancouver to
Alberta’s National Parks.
Accommodation
Choose from one of 29 well appointed, rustic log cabins which
accommodate the chalets and suites. One bedroom suites feature
a bedroom and a living area equipped with small refrigerator,
microwave and coffee-maker. Two bedroom suites offer the same
home comforts with two guestrooms instead of a living area. For
additional space why not select a chalet, which boasts a fully-
equipped kitchen, or one of the two or three bedroom log homes.
Facilities
Complimentary boat rentals, fishing equipment, canoes and kayaks
encourage you to venture out onto the freshwater lake. Back on land,
a multitude of hiking trails introduces you to the area’s flora and fauna.
Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed at The Boathouse Restaurant,
serving West Coast-inspired cuisine. There’s also a lakeside patio for
warmer months and fire pits and grills for picnics and barbeques.
