Location
Located within Algonquin Park, on the banks of the Lake of Two
Rivers, this secluded log cabin resort holds an enviable position in
the heart of the wilderness. Algonquin Park is filled with forests, lakes
and rivers, creating 7,700 square kilometres of unspoiled beauty.
Huntsville is 47 miles to the west, and Ottawa 170 miles to the east.
Accommodation
Killarney Lodge offers 25 private one, two and three bedroom
lakeside cabins, which are tastefully furnished in a charming, Canadian
country style. Each accommodation overlooks the water and for
guest convenience, includes the use of a personal canoe. Wonderfully
comfortable beds and private bathrooms with Aveda amenities come
as standard. In keeping with the serenity of its natural surroundings,
there are no televisions or telephones in the cabins.
Facilities
During the 75 years it has been welcoming guests, Killarney Lodge has
earned a reputation for fine country dining. Meals are taken in the Lodge,
where the original fireplace casts a warm glow over diners. The Lodge
also has a cosy lounge where you can read or play games whilst enjoying
the complimentary cookies and hot drinks. Outdoors, choose to take a
leisurely walk or the more energetic can hike one of the Park’s many trails.

Lake, close to the town of Huntsville, in the picturesque North
Muskoka region of Ontario.
