Resurrection Bay Kayaking Tour from Seward
Kenai Fjords NP, Seward, Homer & Cooper Landing
ALASKA
Learn about Seward’s fascinating history and the Iditarod Trail while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Typically, you go first to Iditarod champion Mitch Seavey’s sled dog kennel where you can meet famous dogs, cuddle adorable puppies, dress up as an Iditarod musher, and hear stories about the 1,000-mile race. Then take in the spectacular Alaskan wilderness as you mush for two miles on a wheeled cart with an Iditarod competitor. After a hearty lunch at a local restaurant continue to Exit Glacier. Enjoy a short walk along a nature trail to the face of the glacier. In the end, tour the little town of Seward and its sights and see the effects of the 1964 Earthquake.
