Hike & Paddle Combo from Moab
Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks
UTAH
Courthouse Loop – This is a great introductory ride including distant glimpses of the windows section of Arches National Park to the east. Perfect for novices and families with younger children. The terrain is moderate with few obstacles. Short sections of slick rock and singletrack riding give riders a taste of mountain biking in Moab without the risks that are more prevalent for beginners on the more advanced trails. A bike, helmet, small bottle of water and snacks are all included.
Dead Horse Point – The Dead Horse Point Singletrack Loop is a 10-mile trail, suitable for riders with moderate to intermediate skills, offering an exceptional singletrack experience on a narrow path designed for single-bike passage. Along the route, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views, including glimpses into Canyonlands National Park and the majestic Colorado River below. The trail features minimal elevation change, but keep in mind that you’ll be riding at an elevation of approximately 6,000 feet above sea level. A bike, helmet, and a small bottle of water are included. It is recommended to bring additional water for this tour.
Klondike Bluffs (E-Bike) – Discover the expansive Slickrock terrain of Moab and trace the remnants of prehistoric life on this intermediate ride through Klondike Bluffs. The challenging ascent to a viewpoint overlooking Arches National Park is made more manageable with e-bikes, which provide pedal assistance throughout the climb. Along the way, pause to observe fascinating dinosaur tracks. At the midway point, a short hike into the park reveals breathtaking views of red bluffs, narrow slot canyons, and glimpses of the iconic arches in Arches National Park and Devil’s Garden. The return ride, primarily downhill with thrilling dips and rolls, requires riders to skillfully manage their hand brakes. An e-bike, helmet, and a small bottle of water are included. It is recommended to bring additional water for this tour.
Transportation to the meeting point (Moab Adventure Centre) is not included. Contact us for the operating schedule and pricing.
