Scenic Twilight Tour from Vancouver
Vancouver
BRITISH COLUMBIA
One of the most exciting ways to see a city is from the ground, and what better way to experience Vancouver than on a fully guided cycling tour? Cycle City Tours offers a choice of three small group tours (up to 12 riders per group), departing from two central downtown locations, each taking a different bike path.
The Grand Bicycle Tour
This tour offers an all-encompassing exploration of the city. It starts with a tour of world-famous Stanley Park, riding along the waterfront on the Seawall as well as exploring little-known forest trails where you’ll see old-growth trees, tons of wildlife, and unique rainforest plants. Then you’ll pass by English Bay and hop on a small ferry over Granville Island Public Market. Here you get a 45-minute break to find lunch at the market (on your own). Next, explore False Creek enjoying beautiful views of downtown framed by the North Shore Mountains. Get up-close with the future of “green Vancouver” at the Olympic Village complex and Science World. Finally, go back in time to check out Vancouver’s Chinatown including a visit to Dr. Sun Yat Sen Chinese Park and Gastown, learning about the city’s humble beginnings as a logging outpost and Gassy Jack’s pub. Frequent stops, photo-ops, and flat trails, and 95% riding on paths separated from traffic make this an enjoyable ride!
Stanley Park Bicycle Tour
Stanley Park is uniquely situated with incredibly scenic views of downtown Vancouver, the North Shore, the Lion’s Gate Bridge, as well as English Bay and the Westend. Your guide will weave you down the pristine forest trails that criss-cross through the park, and give incisive information about our amazing wilderness city. This is definitely more than just a ride in the park. You will walk or ride away with a deeper understanding of both Vancouver and its green treasure. It is an easy 12 km ride on dedicated bike trails at a relaxed pace so you can take in the sights.
Epic Electric Bicycle Tour
To Soaring Heights! Jump on a fun and easy-to-ride E-Bike and tour Vancouver with ease. Along this 4-hour tour, you’ll visit Stanley Park and ride up to the Prospect Point Lookout, experience the Temperate Rainforest and Seawall trails, and enjoy a ride around False Creek through modern neighbourhoods. An exhilarating ride through one of the most scenic cities in the world. 18km ride, easy for beginner riders of basic fitness.
