The Bar Harbor Inn sits on 8 beautifully landscaped acres along the coast of Frenchman Bay, located harbor side, in the heart of downtown within easy walking access to unique shops, art galleries and waterfront activities. Your gateway into Maine is Boston International Airport (Massachusetts) which is approximately four hours drive from the hotel.

The traditional New England accommodations spread throughout three unique guest room buildings: the Main Inn, the Oceanfront Lodge, and the Newport Building. Each building offers its own character, with options of bay view suites, oceanfront rooms, or garden and grounds view rooms. Amenities in all rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions, safety deposit boxes, coffee maker, mini-refrigerators, and air-conditioning. Should you choose to upgrade to a suite, you will be greeted with additional living space and upgraded amenities.
