Algonquin Park is filled with forests, lakes and rivers, creating 7,700 square kilometres of unspoiled beauty. Huntsville is 47 miles to the west, and Ottawa 170 miles to the east.
Killarney Lodge offers 25 private one, two and three bedroom lakeside cabins, which are tastefully furnished in a charming, Canadian country style. Each accommodation overlooks the water and for guest convenience, includes the use of a personal canoe. Wonderfully comfortable beds and private bathrooms with Aveda amenities come as standard. In-keeping with the serenity of its natural surroundings, there are no televisions or telephones in the cabins.
During the 75 years it’s been welcoming guests, Killarney Lodge has earned a reputation for fine country dining. Meals are taken in the Lodge, where the original fireplace casts a warm glow over diners.
