More than 600 accommodations are scattered across South Seas, from Harbourside Rooms in the main building to Villas, which are 1 to 3 bedrooms and housed in 3 storey apartment-style buildings. Whatever your choice you’ll enjoy West Indies décor with bamboo and teak furniture, lavish bedding and spacious bathrooms.

Harbourside Guestroom – Located at the prestigious north end of the resort, the centre of many of the resort’s activities. These spacious, refreshing accommodations are located just steps from the Pointe Pool Complex, Harbourside Grille, Parrot’s Arcade and Scoops and Slices. From the open balcony enjoy breathtaking views of yachts and sailboats as they enter the harbour. Rooms feature one king or two double beds and the bathroom offers a roman tub/shower and a dressing area with double vanity. All rooms have a DVD/CD player, flat-screen television and ceiling fan. Maximum occupancy – 4.

Harbourside Water View – Located at the prestigious north end of the resort, the centre of many of the resort’s activities. These rooms offer some of the most spectacular views of the resort. From the open balcony watching, dolphins and manatees play at the entrance to the harbour. Rooms feature full bathrooms with Roman tubs and dressing areas and granite double vanities.  DVD and CD player, flat-screen television and ceiling fans are common to all rooms and bedding is either a king bed or two double beds. Maximum occupancy – 4.

One Bedroom Bayside Villa – Villas are apartment-style, not individual buildings. From a large screened balcony, revel in tranquil views of the Pine Island Sound and a mangrove forest. Located in the South Village of the resort behind the reception centre, the Bayside Villas are a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The 800 sq ft villa includes one separate bedroom with king bed, two full bathrooms, living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Maximum occupancy – 4.

One Bedroom Beach Villa – Villas are apartment-style, not individual buildings. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and sugary sand beaches from a large screened balcony. Located in the desirable south end of the resort, the Beach Villas are around 100 yards from the beach, accessible by boardwalks. The 750 sq ft villa includes one separate bedroom with king or queen bed, full bathroom, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Maximum occupancy – 4.

Two Bedroom Marina Villa – Villas are apartment-style, not individual buildings. Perched on the scenic north end of the property, the Marina Villas look out over the bustling Main Marina or Bay from a large screened balcony. Located within a short walking distance of The Pointe, Parrot’s Arcade and restaurants and a five-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. The 800 sq ft villa includes two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum occupancy – 6.

Two Bedroom Beach Villa – Villas are apartment-style, not individual buildings. These two-bedroom villas offer amazing views and superior accommodation. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the islands 2.5 miles of shell-strewn beach are just yards away from these villas which are situated at the south end of the resort. The 950 sq ft villa includes two separate bedrooms one with a king or queen bed and the second with two twin beds, two full bathrooms, living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Maximum occupancy – 6.
