This elegant country inn, full of wonderful New England character, holds an enviable position in Freeport on the rocky Maine coastline and steps from more than 170 upscale outlets in the shopping village. Guests cherish the antique furnishings and warming fireplaces which bring the inn to life and reflect a bygone era.

84 assorted guestrooms and nine town houses are individual in décor and style, but all offer home comforts and a promise of sweet dreams. Each of the beautifully decorated rooms feature a private bath, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV and AC. The deluxe rooms have a quarter-canopy king or queen bed, fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The suites feature all of the deluxe amenities but also have a wet bar with refrigerator.
