We have been advised that the second phase of renovations at Fairmont Empress is taking place between October 2016 and April 2017. This involves renovations to The Humboldt Wing and lobby. Although disruption is expected to be minimal, there may be some noise during daylight hours and workmen visible around the hotel.
Please note that the pool and health club at Fairmont Empress are closing on October 7th 2016. A fitness room will be available onsite and pool facilities can be accessed at the nearby Parkside Hotel (transportation provided by the hotel).
