Only accessible by air and sea, this fabulous remote lodge is located in the Great Bear Rainforest in northern British Columbia. Getting here is wonderfully scenic, whether by floatplane or helicopter from either Vancouver or Port Hardy or by boat from Port McNeill.
This is an intimate resort of just nine spacious yet cosy cabins, each with a breathtaking view of the exceptionally beautiful bay. Each two bedroomed cabin features a comfortable living area, Bose iPod docking station and bathrobes. Choose one of the six Intertidal Cabins and during high tide you will be sleeping above the Nimmo Islet waters, or one of the three Stream Side Cabins and find yourself falling to sleep to the sounds of a cascading waterfall.
Try your hand at fishing, heli-hiking, kayaking, snorkelling or rock climbing, or take a whale watching or bear viewing expedition. The lodge also features two hot tubs positioned beside a cascading waterfall, a floating dock lounge with cosy armchairs, blankets and fire pit and a fitness and Yoga studio. Fresh, coastal homemade cuisine is on the menu along with some of the province’s best wines.
